The hotel compared to its price was in general perfect. The hotel was very good and central located. The staff were very polite and cheerful - always in good spirits. It was a good choice for some who visit the country for professional reasons.

We faced some problems with the bath room; there was no curtain in order to protect water falling out. This had as result most of the times the bathroom to be flooded, after our complaint to the reception they immediately changed us the room. Our stay was continued without a hitch.

Taxi drivers hanging round outside waiting to scam people - we got in a cab and the guy took us completely the wrong way and when I challenged him he acted very strangely - I know he went wrong on purpose as the bell man told him in mandarin where to go!!!! The hotel tried very hard to make e breakfast very good but by doing so they tried to do too much - there was hot western, hot Asian, traditionK Asian food, pastries, cereals, fruit, eggs all ways and other items - you will find something you like. There is no wifi in the hotel rooms but there is a wire connection and wifi in the lobby. The gym is very basic and we didn't find theother facilities.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were thoroughly impressed with our experience. the location is fantastic as it is conveniently near the Cheng Huang Temple, main areas, and the subway station Laoximen. This made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city and visit popular attractions. Additionally, the hotel offers a wide range of services and amenities that enhanced our comfort and convenience. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing us with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff here were also exceptional, providing courteous service and always willing to assist us with any needs or questions we had. we were pleased with the level of comfort and quality services provided at this venue.

In conclusion, we highly recommend this hotel to others seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Breakfast is up to expectation for international standard.

1) Hotel location is actually not near from subway. It is indeed far from subway. I had to take a cab to get to the nearest subway. Not many people know about this hotel. So I had a hard time asking for direction back to hotel. 2) Internet is very slow. 3) Aircond has faulty connection. Sometimes ok, sometimes not ok.

The staff of Yun's Paradise was very nice. The breakfast was awesome - huge choise of different dishes. Rooms are warm (I was in January). Reccomend it.

Had a lovely Easter experience here! Great rates, excellent location close to popular attractions and a subway station. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious, especially the freshly made omelets and pastries.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak and kept dropping out, which made it difficult to stay connected. the soundproofing in the rooms was poor, making it challenging to sleep due to noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway.

the mattress for additional bed was very comfortable

we paid extra for additional pax but towel and water must request almost everyday
